The stay was very pleasant. The cabin is cozy and located in a convenient area to enjoy between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Quiet spot.

We had a great stay in this cabin! We loved the location, the hot tub and the rock shower was awesome too. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Cute cabin, overall good. The cabin was a different than previous rentals that's why we choose this one. The indian on the porch and the toilet was fun. Comfy chairs and bed. TV ok. Kitchen fun layout. Cabin not really on flat land like said, one steep narrow hill. Simple things that needs attention, no coat hangers, had to lay our clothes on the pool table. A new coffeemaker would be a valued investment. A a dish brush would have been nice. Investment of $30 would take care of issues.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The decor was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Had all of the amenities I could think of, however our hot tub did not work properly 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. We were really looking forward to this, so I was quite disappointed about that. They did have someone fix it has soon has he could get to it, but it was our last day there so we had to go to bed early anyway and couldn’t stay up and enjoy like we would have the first 2 nights there. So even though there was that negative, it was still a very nice stay.

We absolutely loved this little cabin as soon as we saw it! It was like an older cabin hidden away on the hillside. We loved the decor and all of the antiques, walked around looking for a while when we first got there. The master bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was awesome after a day of walking around. We thoroughly enjoyed the waterfall shower as well. It seemed as the kitchen was very well stocked but we didn't cook this trip. We would love to stay in the cabin again and will be sure to remember it!

My husband and I had an amazing time! The cabin was perfect!! Loved the decor! Loved how you felt secluded but were only minutes from the strip. The new mattress on the bed was Great! We would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend this cabin!

I absolutely loved Country Charm Cabin. A throw back in time when you walk in the door! The bed...oh my...best sleeping bed ever. Surroundings...very quite and safe. My time spent there was one of the best ever. I go to the mountains a few times a year...will definitely book this cabin again. I stayed here from November 13th to November 20th, 2016. As, I write this review...I am praying for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and all surrounding areas that have been hit by this fire. Becky

My husband myself and our little dog spent a couple days in the Country Charm cabin in August 2016. We've been wanting to rent a cabin in the mountains forever and it finally worked out and we are so glad we did. Although the stay was short we tryed to enjoy every aspect of the cabin and we did. It is the cutest little thing and really not that little - with three great porches, the hot tub was hot on the porch off the bedroom, the little porch off the kitchen was great for having her breakfast and we loved just rocking on the front porch having an evening cocktail. Very easy to get to but go slow once you turn off the main road, easy to miss the sign the first time. The house was very clean, had everything we could need, very retro looking but all the modern conveniences. The tempurpedic bed was awesome (unfortunately now I want one at home). We took our dog sightseeing with us and I must say the area is not very pet friendly. We only saw one other dog in Gatlinburg, there just isn't any grassy areas or outside restaurants or bars. We did find a restaurant outside of town with a pet friendly porch. Our getaway was everything we had hoped for and more. Loved the cabin, would most definitely return. Thanks Dwanye!!

Dewayne was extremely quick to respond to a minor A/C issue that we had when we first checked in & immediately accommodated us in a different (amazing) cabin until our AC issue could be resolved. He followed up with us several times to make sure we were comfortable. Both cabins were extremely clean & very well appointed. Our family had a fantastic time at Coumtry Charm and would certainly return!

We had a wonderful stay at your cabin, Country Charm. It is a sweet little cabin and very convenient to town, yet still feels like you are in the country. We loved the side porch for breakfast and just sitting and sipping on a cool drink. The kitchen and living area are adorable and the master suite is also nice. Thanks for another wonderful stay, this was our second visit to this little cabin!

My husband and I rented Country Charm for a getaway weekend. The cabin was very nice, everything very clean and in order upon arrival. We really enjoyed the antique furniture and appliances. We especially enjoyed the Temperpedic bed and the waterfall shower. Very cozy and great for a romantic getaway! The location of the cabin is secluded yet very close to town. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I wanted to go back to TN for the weekend with our 2 dogs and we were lucky to be able to rent Country Charm!!! Dwayne was great to work with and excellent communication even with text. We live in a log cabin full time but this log cabin had so many awesome antique features from the front door, to the kitchen and the rock shower, we loved it all! We have rented several cabins and for two adults that have pets for kids you probably won't find a better cabin than this one. We hope to be back again before the end of the year. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It is in a perfect location. You feel like you are out in the mountains when actually you are close to everything. The cabin is decorated beautifully and very clean. We hope to make many more visits in the future.

My husband and I chose this cabin for ourselves and dog for getaway. It was just what we needed. Perfect location, and the old time charm was perfect! We loved it and will consider this cabin again for our future visits!

My best friend and I enjoyed 4 days of the beautiful Smokey Mountains and stayed at Country Charm. The authentic Southern antique décor are what most appealed to us, and the hot tub was an extra treat since we both are now older and have a few aches and pains :)! The cabin was so easy to find and super quiet, but not isolated. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked into the cabin we LOVED everything about it. The decor was perfect for the cabin and the waterfall shower was amazing! The cabin is located in a GREAT location close to town, but yet it felt far away from everything. The temperpedic bed was wonderful and my husband and I always got a good nights rest. We loved getting up every morning and walking our dog around. We will definitely be staying here when we visit again.

We visited this cabin for our honeymoon. It was FABULOUS! It was kept very clean, and was the perfect location. It was secluded, but not far away from town. We loved it and plan on visiting in the near future. :)

We love this cabin, we have stayed here a couple times already and will stay many more. The cabin is awesome.. comfortable and very close to town with just enough mountain roads to be secluded. Love the vintage decor and the easy in and out access of the cabin itself (No dragging bags up and down a bunch of stairs). Bear Tracks has some of the best prices in town and the place is always clean ready for us to check in have fun and check out.. We vacation in Pigeon Forge a couple times a year and this is the over all best priced and easiest cabin rental. It's a great nicely decorated, updated and xtra clean cabin if you are looking for a secluded hideout not in a "resort atmosphere". Lynne & Tim 2*19*15

First time renting a cabin .It was for our 24year anniversary .It was nice that it was close to town ,but tucked away so it seemed more secluded.We had a wonderful time .

We stayed at the Country Charm cabin in June 2014. The cabin was awesome place to get away from the everyday stress! The décor was absolutely delightful and really was a "Country Charm!" The amenities in the cabin were super too! You will not be disappointed with this one! The owner was quick to respond to our inquiry about reservations and made booking our last minute summer trip so easy! We are looking forward to a return trip and will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at Country Charm for our one year anniversary. We had a hard time finding the right place to stay that was a convenient location, but always a little away from everything. This was the perfect place for that. We enjoyed being tucked a little away, but it was nice being about 5 minutes from everything Pigeon Forge has to offer, as well as 10 minutes or so from Gatlinburg. Not only was it a great location, but the cabin itself was kept up inside and out, clean, and Dwayne was very easy to work with. We hope to visit again soon.

We really enjoyed country charm; its location is perfect! The hot tub was used quite a bit and helped my husband's aching frame. The cabin was well equipped and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your rustic property.

I booked this cabin for my mom and a friend to have a weekend getaway!! She said the pictures did not do it justice! She said it was beautiful, clean and everything she expected it to be! Would definitely stay there again!

This was out second visit to Country Charm and it was even nicer than the first. The cabin was comfortable, clean and convenient. Country Charm had all the amenities of home and is in a great location. It's a couple of minutes from the Parkway, yet in a quiet, mountain area. This was a working vacation, and the internet was very reliable. All this, along with the Tempurpedic bed and the hot tub, made it very difficult to leave. Dwayne was a pleasure to deal with, and that made our stay even more enjoyable. We're already looking at calendars for dates for a return visit.

We loved this cabin. Didn't want to leave. Private enough and still close to town. Couldn't ask for better weather. Beautiful area. Enjoyed our ride to Cades Cove along river and all the little water falls after a rain.

A great little home away from home! My family had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Country Charm. The cabin was furnished with everything we needed which was a blessing considering the 4" of snow we received the day after arriving kept us inside most of the time. The family enjoyed braving the cold temps to jump into the hot-tub on every occasion available!

My boyfriend and 2 daughters stayed to bring in the new year at your cottage. The location is very convenient and the Theme is cute. There are a few items that need attention (suggestions were put in Take Action book) but overall stay was pleasant. Thank you for your courtesy.

Rustic simplicity at its best! 5 Stars ***** Our stay at Country Charm was everything we had anticipated. The rustic decor was just our style, like stepping back in time and feeling the hectic pace of life slowing down as we walked through the door. Comfort, tranquility, and peaceful rest awaited us. An added blessing was the beautiful snowfall on the morning of our check out, we sat in the hot tub and soaked in the stillness of the wooded view behind the cabin...tree branches laced with snow, and such peaceful stillness. The Jacuzzi tub was amazing, as well, we liked the pool table, and the kitchen decor was charming. Oh, and I cannot leave out the rock waterfall shower! Amazing! Our dream is to one day build a cabin, and this one contains so many of the features that we enjoy. An added bonus was that there was ample area around the cabin for our pet to explore a little. Thank you, Gilliam family, for opening your home to share with us. We really didn't want to leave, but we carried that peaceful rest with us in our hearts!

Thank you for a wonderful stay, everything was ready for us when we arrived. We enjoyed the hot tub and the comfortable furnishings. We especially liked that we could bring out little pet Macy with us. I do wish the road was a little better getting to the cabin.

My husband and I stayed a couple of nights to celebrate our 9th anniversary! The cabin was perfect and we felt right at home! The location was incredibly convenient. We had a fantastic time! The owner was great to work with and was very helpful! We contacted him about an issue with the cabin and he immediately responded and went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one! We definitely plan to go back sometime! Great experience!

Country Charm was a very well described cabin. Centrally located near everything we wanted to do. It was pet friendly. It was quiet,pretty easy to find, and get to.Bear Track Cabins very easy to work with. Bed very comfortable....

Cabin was perfect for us and four legged children. We had a great time. The cabin was in pigeon Forge very close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Bear Track made the tranaction very easy and we definately will be back.

My boyfriend stayed here for a few days in April with our two small dogs and had a wonderful time. The cabin was very spacious for the two of us and felt very inviting and truly like a home away from home. Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to get away from the stresses of the city. The cabin sits elevated looking out on Pigeon Forge and is located in a very quiet area, but is only minutes from downtown and tons of activities. The one thing I would caution of is visiting the cabin in the winter. The cabin is located at the top of a fairly steep gravel driveway/road and I'm quite sure our car would not have made it to the top in snowy/icy conditions. Otherwise, this cabin and the management is absolutely awesome and the pricing was very reasonable.
