This is a fabulous cabin that offers so much... you never need to leave the cabin! We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. Snow surprised us one morning... a treat for Floridians! We hope to book this same cabin again next year. Positively wonderful experience all around... thanks, Dwayne!

We had an amazing time at Swim N Bear. We celebrated our 21st anniversary here. The cabin was easy to find but the roads are steep but doesn't require 4wd in normal weather conditions. The setting of the cabin allows for privacy on the back porch even though it is in a resort setting. So you are not looking in on your neighbors unless you go to the end of the porch and look over. The other side is mountain. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a perfect way to relax just the two of us. We have stayed in several cabins in the area and this one was by far our favorite for just the two of us. It is close to town too. Thank you for helping us make memories to cherish a lifetime. Would definitely rent again and recommend as a couples retreat.

We had a wonerful time. The cabin is gorgeous. Christmas decor was a great touch.

We had a great time in this cabin. It has the feel of being secluded but it is just minutes from stores and activities on the parkway. This was the best cabin we have ever stayed in. loved the view, the pool, hot tub and pool table.

The cabin was in a great area, very clean, and the surrounding area was very quiet. We tried the sauna and pool once and it was enjoyable. We used the hot tub more frequently and it felt great! There are two decks on the back of the cabin that is very private and with a swing on the bottom deck. The parking is ample and fit our 4-door F150 with plenty of extra room.

We had a great time. The cabin is very private and quiet. Most certainly would recommend to others.

View was decent. A lot of construction traffic and noise in the neighborhood. Cabin was nice. Has some issues that need addressed. We spent most of our time in the basement. Pool and spa best part of cabin. ;-)

We stayed at Swim N Bear to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The cabin was very nice and had everything that we needed. We packed food and bought perishables at a Kroger nearby to save time and expense. We planned to go out one of the days, but enjoyed the cabin so much that we just made our stop on the way home. The only improvement we would suggest is to make the pool thermostat adjustment available(we would have liked it a couple of degrees warmer), and have a separate room thermostat for downstairs. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved this cabin. Very private decks in the front. We will return for another visit.

This was our second time enjoying this beautiful cabin and we loved it even more than the first time! We love that it is very secluded and private from the other cabins. It almost feels like you're in your own little world. You really don't have to leave the cabin if you don't want to since there is so much fun things to do inside the cabin already such as the indoor swimming pool, pool table, and hot tub! We really love this cabin and plan on making it the only spot we will stay in when we vacation in the Smokys!

Walking in to this sweet little cabin we were instantly pleased with our decision to rent it. The cabin was comfortably furnished and everything was neat and tidy. We truly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and found ourselves several times a day alternating between the pool and the hot tub. We will definitely be putting this cabin on our list for a return visit.

Over the years, we have stayed in many cabins in TN. Swim N' Bear is one of the best. Usually in a resort community the cabins are so close, but this cabin makes you feel like you are in your own little corner of the world. Just what we were looking for. This was the best weekend getaway.

My husband and I and our 2 kids stayed here for 3 nights for our sons birthday. He turned 5 this week and when I came across this cabin with a pool, sauna, and hot tub, I knew it was perfect and that our son would love it and have a ball here. We enjoyed our stay in your cabin. It was nice and cozy and our son wanted to stay in the pool. I have visited Gatlinburg area many times and I'm never disappointed. The area and the people there are down to earth people. Hope to return again in the future.

We stayed at Swim N' Bear it for a week in July 2016. This was our third time renting this cabin and would not hesitate to rent it again. While the place is showing some minor signs of wear it it still the best deal for the amenities in the entire area. The WIFI, satellite TV, hot tub pool all work. If you have never rented a cabin in the area this one isn't near a white knuckle drive to get to as some of them we have rented. The Wears Valley location is perfect, you are a stones throw from the tourist areas yet you don't have to put up with the traffic if you don't want to. This cabin was not effected by the fire that swept through Black Bear Ridge some years ago but expect to see some remains of the burned out cabins in the resort area along with new construction. The cabin layout is such that once inside or on the back decks you don't see or hear anything of the fire or construction. We will definitely stay at Swim N' Bear again.

My husband and I went for our honeymoon. We were truly blown away. Everything you need is right there in the cabin to the point of you hardly having to leave at all. We had a very stressful time wedding planning so it was very needed and beyond perfect. There isn't anything we could complain about and we will definitely be back. The indoor pool and the two hot tubs ( one inside, one outside) gave us all of the wind down time and relaxation we were long over due for . We enjoyed it so much we hardly left the cabin and by no means ever felt bored or like we had missed out on the "tourists" things. The view was great. Watching the the leaves change day to day right before our eyes was so cool! The difference in the colors from our first day we arrived to the day we left- breathtaking! Mr Dwayne was very helpful and answered all emails and questions we had. They are great people and great cabins!

My husband and I stayed here with our 22-month-old son and totally enjoyed our stay! We were worried as we pulled into the location as the cabins were very close together. However, as we approached Swim N' Bear, we were happy that it was spaced a little further from the other cabins from what we had seen driving up to it. The swimming pool was perfect for our family and I loved the balcony outside of the bedroom with the lounge chairs looking out at the mountainside. During our stay, we enjoyed taking our son to Ober Gatlinburg to ride the tram and see the bears. Other than that, we enjoyed staying at the cabin and swimming! We will definitely be back in the future!

We loved this cabin. We were in Pigeon Forge for our 11 year anniversary and our kids' fall breal. We thorougly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was also a big plus. Very close to everything while still feeling the wilderness around you.

We spent four nights at Swim N' Bear for our honeymoon, and I can honestly say the only complaint we had, was when it was time to go home! When we arrived to the cabin, the air conditioner wasn't working and it was very hot in the cabin. We contacted Dwayne and he was already working on the problem. He had someone working on it, and it was working within an hour of us arriving. This wasn't an issue for us, as we were pleased that Dwayne was already dealing with the problem and it was fixed in such a timely manner. Dwayne was so great to work with! Plus, it being hot in the cabin, just gave us a reason to avoid unpacking and get in the pool sooner :) Speaking of the pool...It is amazing! By far, our favorite part of the cabin! We swam everyday and sometimes more than once. We went out a few times, for dinner, to go the the aquarium (was ok, but overpriced), and to do a little shopping, but we spent the majority of our time in the cabin. We played several games of pool and cooked alot of the grill. The cabin was very clean and decorated to fit the black bear theme. We couldn't have chosen a better place to have spent our honeymoon. We will be booking with Dwayne again!

I would recommend this cabin to any couple or a family of 4. It was in a quiet location with more than enough amenities to have things to do your entire stay. Very excellent rate and service before and after our stay! Can't wait to get another free time to go back and enjoy ourselves again! This will be the first place I check!

The only problem we had is that we wished we could stay forever. With all the amenities you don't even have to leave to cabin! We really enjoyed having our own indoor private swimming pool. If your at a hotel they are so crowded you don't really want to relax and swim. We loved the hot tub; it was so relaxing laying in it and listening to nature. It was a perfect get away for our 15 anniversary.

My husband and I visited this cabin for our anniversary and we LOVED it! I don't usually book cabins in a resort setting but this cabin was GREAT!! I wish there were another bedroom or 2 so i could book her every time we come up with the kids but at least I know a special place for just the hubby and I. I strongly recommend SWIM N' BEAR cabin for your special getaway!

We had such a great time at the Swimnbear cabin. The only problem we had was we could only stay two days due to work. Everything you could want and more for a romantic relaxing vacation.

Dwayne, thank you so much for letting us stay in your cabin. We loved it. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the pool table, pool and sauna. The cabin was perfect for us. We come up about 2 times a year. The bed was amazing, so comfortable. The only thing my husband didn't like was that he couldn't get the ESPN station to watch the ballgame he wanted to watch. We definitely will come back. It only takes about 5 minutes to get down to the parkway. In fact I got almost all of my Christmas shopping down while we were there. Thank you again.

Cabin is very very nice and we really enjoyed the pool. Decks are very private. They are building 3 new cabins around it, so if you go through the week, you will have construction noise for now. They were still pounding when we got there on Friday. Overall we had a wonderful weekend at the cabin.

We come to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge every year on our anniversary.This might be the nicest cabin we've stayed in over the past 24 years.We loved the cabin and view.The pool and hot tub were great!The cabin was also very cleaned and well maintained.We actually stayed in the last night so we could enjoy the cabin.We will definitely be back!!

We had a very relaxing and stress free stay at swin n bear. We enjoyed every minute of it and we did not want to leave.

We loved the home and location. Great for our days at Dollywood and traveling to the Smoky Mountians. Pool table and swimming pool were a hit with the teenager and the hot tub was nice after long days at Dollywood.

Best vacation we had in years.

The cabin was cozy and as pictured. The swimming pool was heated and just the right temperature! The hot tub was clean and conveniently located on the same floor as the pool. A great cabin for couples or a family of 4.

My husband and I spent a week at swim n bear for our 10 year anniversary. We really enjoyed how quiet and relaxing it was. We loved the pool, hot tub, and jacuzzi tub! It was a great, relaxing trip. We hope to visit again!

We really liked the location of this cabin because it was a short drive to the parkway, and we enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We will look your company up again when we plan our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

This cabin has it all!!! Hubby and I LOVED SWIM N' BEAR! After our 3rd night, I almost wanted to cry, I did not want to leave! :( Next time we plan to stay at least a week in the mountains and we will possibly be renting this beautiful, rustic and charming cabin again next year! The open floor plan was great and it was just big enough to thoroughly enjoy each other without feeling disconnected. We had a blast shooting pool while enjoying our favorite music on our ihome we brought and of course our favorite wine (from the winery downtown)! We didn't use the heart shaped Jacuzzi, but it was so adorable! The biggest enjoyment was the awesome downstairs with all the private relaxation.. The pool, 2person sauna, and the hot tub on the deck was by far the best ever!!! My husband loved the sauna! At night we lit candles around the pool, turned off the lights and it was fantabulous!!! After all our fun and excitement it was awesome to be able to melt away in the tempurpedic bed!!! Another great factor is the location! Shopping is just down the road! A lot of the cabin's surrounding SWIM N' BEAR had been burned down from a previous fire about a yr ago, but that just added character. They are in the process of building new cabins.. The good thing is with a lot of the other cabins gone, you can see a bigger view of the mountains. This is a great cabin, great location with great amenities! It's a win win all around! Hope others enjoy as much as we did! We will definitely consider staying here again next yr!!!

5 STARS My wife and I recently took our first family vacation to the Swim N Bear cabin and has absolutely wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful and we absolutely loved the hot tub and indoor heated pool. We had a tremendous time and will absolutely consider renting this cabin again.

5 STARS very nice cabin, clean, and cozy. pool was nice and hot tub was relaxing. even tried out the sauna. will book this same cabin again for getaways. only ran into one problem the heart shape tub we couldnt fill it up with hot water started cold water after 2 or 3 inches so we didnt use it. oh forgot about the tepur pedic mattress i slept like a baby on that thing.

My husband and I went up to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary this past weekend and we absolutely loved it! It was so peaceful and the perfect location from everything. It was in a resort however perfectly secluded to have the privacy you would love for a romantic getaway. The cabin was minutes from everything it was so easy to go for food or fun! We relaxed and were able to just enjoy and reconnect in this BEAUTIFUL cabin. The bed was so COMFORTABLE it is rare that I want to stay longer, I usually miss my own bed but this cabin was so comfortable. The pool was fantastic and perfectly located in the cabin near the hot tub and sauna. We really loved this cabin and HIGHLY recommend staying here. We will return!

We stayed here in August 2013 we had a great stay love the cabin and the pool was awesome. I love how Secluded the cabin was. Very nice we will be checking back again.

We were here celebrating our 25th anniversary. We had a great time. Only had one problem with the pool but he came out and fixed it right away. We will be back.
